Hays Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located east of I-35, just north of the Central Texas Medical Center. We offer short-term and long-term Skilled Nursing Care and Physical Therapy services.
We feature 116 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
